Great Value for Money and Nice Atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay at Seagulls Guesthouse. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent value for money. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home. The common areas and bathrooms were well-maintained and tidy. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the event we were attending and close to supermarkets and restaurants. We also appreciated the addition of a café nearby. we were impressed with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse near the city center, nearby a bus stop. It was in a quiet location and very close to the sporting event I was participating in, which was very convenient. The hotel staff provided great service and the room had all the amenities I needed, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. I also enjoyed spending time on the terrace with lovely garden furniture. Plus, the shared kitchen was equipped with cookware and utensils, which was very helpful.
In short, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

My partner and I stayed at Seagulls for 2 nights, looking for a comfortable and affordable place near food options. The beds were incredibly comfy and the rooms had convenient sinks. The kitchen was well-equipped and the common areas were spacious. Paul and Caroline were friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was quiet and just a short walk from the beach and cafes. we had a great stay and would highly recommend.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I particularly appreciated the double bed in my room, which came at no additional cost. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could have been improved.

What a great find! Loved the convenience of being able to arrive late and still be accommodated with a key, plus having a sink in the room was a nice touch. The location couldn't have been better - everything was so close by. And to top it off, the entire facility was spotlessly clean!
The noise from upstairs was quite disruptive at times. It would have been better if the children were kept a bit quieter, especially in the early morning.

The owners were lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of the property was good, with easy access to nearby facilities and the beach. The communal atmosphere was great for a large group and the rooms were clean and tidy.
The shower temperature in the room kept going hot and cold, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the wifi in the room had intermittent connectivity issues, which was inconvenient at times.

I had a really great time at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and close to Blake Park where I was participating in a sporting event. The hotel also had a nice little back garden where I could relax and chat with other guests.
The only minor thing that could have been improved was the internet connection, which seemed to run out quickly.
